Assessments
Overview
BiophysicalCore combines two key Biophysical products, BiophysicalCA/CV and BiophysicalSex&Energy, to provide biomarker information across a broad spectrum of medical conditions. Additionally, BiophysicalCore adds a full complement of autoimmune biomarkers.
An important element of BiophysicalCore is the baseline evaluation of biomarkers for cancer and cardiovascular disease. The cancer evaluation includes biomarkers commonly associated with cancers of the colon, liver, breast, ovary, prostate, pancreas and lung. The cardiovascular evaluation tests for critical inflammatory biomarkers and lipid parameters, including lipid particle size and count, that can be risk factors for heart attack, stroke and other vascular diseases.
BiophysicalCore also looks at a wide variety of other medical conditions. For example, diabetes and the related conditions of obesity, metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance are evaluated in depth. Male and female sex hormones, thyroid hormones and the stress hormone cortisol are also examined, as are various organ functions, vitamin status, anemia and blood chemistry.
BiophysicalCore includes biomarkers associated with autoimmune diseases such as antiphospholipid syndrome, lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, Sjogren's syndrome and celiac disease. Additionally, autoimmune biomarkers for some types of diabetes and thyroid disease are measured.
BiophysicalCore is an Annual Testing Program
BiophysicalCore is the first step in a program designed to monitor a broad spectrum of medical conditions. Absent significant health issues uncovered by the BiophyscialCore, the program then moves to a yearly monitoring phase focusing on the two most prevalent disease categories in the United States: cancer and cardiovascular disease. Both can be effectively treated when discovered early in the disease process. BiophysicalCA/CV was developed to measure year-to-year changes in cardiovascular and cancer-associated biomarkers that often reflect the first signs of pre-symptomatic disease.
Established Science
BiophysicalCore biomarkers are routinely used by physicians to monitor cancer and cardiovascular disease. Biomarker applications are rapidly expanding in every field of medicine, and BiophysicalCore brings this new technology to patients and their physicians at an affordable price.

Your report is not diagnostic of any disease or condition and should not be used to self-diagnose or self treat. We encourage every individual to share the results with their personal physician. Only a physician can interpret these results for you, recommend additional testing, recommend treatment and lifestyle changes and/or use the information as a baseline from which future test results can be compared.
